If you ever get this while attempt to run ‘rake db:migrate’ on a Ruby on Rails 2.1 host:
** Invoke db:migrate (first_time)
** Invoke environment (first_time)
** Execute environment
rake aborted!
undefined method `collect' for nil:NilClass
Do this:
sudo gem update —system
